Log into your MeTV Mall account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring you include the printed return slip or authorization number inside the box.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects your returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
